 An Access control system is the solution for the control and restriction of areas in a building or company, where access is restricted to certain personnel: file rooms, offices, car parks, meter rooms, etc.
Access is controlled through a READER placed at the entrance.
The reader can be of different kind: a keyboard, a proximity reader, a button-key reader, radio-frequency reader, or even Biometric Fingerprint readers.
The reader will activate the electric lock and allow access only to the users having the suitable “KEY”, which may be: a code to be introduced in the keypad, a proximity card,RF remote control,or Fingerprint. | |
